Delivery Information

Once you’ve bought something lovely, we’ll get it to you, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here are the details:

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK and international addresses. Please note that aerosol products cannot be delivered internationally.

What types of delivery service do you offer?

We offer two types of UK delivery: standard tracked postage by Royal Mail, and overnight courier by Interlink (packages must be signed for).

We also offer two types of international delivery: standard delivery by Royal Mail, and a bulk service by Parcelforce (packages must be signed for).

I'm in the UK, what are your postage rates and times for delivery?

Our standard delivery service costs £2.95 for your first item, plus 50p for each additional item. Shipping time is 2-4 days. Our Overnight UK service costs £5.95 (and that’s a single flat fee, no matter how many items you’ve asked us to send you), but you have to order before 2pm. If you order seven or more items your package will be delivered automatically by our Overnight UK service for a flat fee of £5.95.

Standard delivery is free for all UK orders over £40

I'm ordering from outside the UK, what are your postage rates and times for delivery?

Our standard worldwide delivery service costs £6.00 for your first item, plus £2.00 per additional item. Shipping time is 2-5 days. If you are ordering more than 5 products then our bulk international service costs a flat rate of £13 and shipping time is again 2-5 days dependent on location.

Which courier companies do you use?

In the UK we use Royal Mail for our standard service and our overnight courier service is by Interlink.

For orders outside the UK we use Royal Mail for our standard service and our bulk international service is delivered by Parcelforce.

Do I have to sign for my order?

If you choose our UK overnight courier service, you have to sign on delivery. International deliveries using Parcelforce will also require a signature.

Can a parcel be left somewhere safely?

Not yet – but we’re working on it!

When will I receive my parcel?

If you go for standard delivery, your order will usually reach you within 2 days, although it may take up to 4 days. If you’re using our overnight service, and you’ve ordered by 2pm, you’ll get your order by 2pm the next day.

Both our international services should take between 2 to 5 days depending on your location
