Refunds & Returns

We hope that you’ve enjoyed shopping with Cupid and Grace, and that you’ll be pleased with your purchase.

If you’re not, and you wish to return it, we’ll be happy to refund.

You need to get the product back to us within 14 days of receiving it, and it needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

We’ve included a FREEPOST sticker to help make returning the product as easy as possible. All you need to do is repack and reseal the box.

When you do that, be sure to include the product, your order number, and the reason for returning the product.

Then, unpeel the FREEPOST sticker, and place it on the box. Once that’s done, take your package to the post office. When you post it, make sure you get a proof of postage receipt.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received and checked by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
